Outlook provides two handy ways to view multiple calendars at the same time: side-by-side or overlaid.

Side-by-side

Two calendars in Outlook, side by side.

To open additional calendars side-by-side simply select the checkbox in front of their names in the navigation pane at the left.

Your calendars are listed under My Calendars. Select the check boxes for the calendars you want to see.

Overlaid

With the calendars overlaid on top of each other you can better see how the schedules fit together and spot conflicting items. Each calendar's items will have their own color to make it easy to tell them apart.

To overlay the calendars on top of each other select the View in Overlay Mode arrow to the left of the name of the additional calendar.

Click the View in Overlay Mode arrow

Tip: If there is a set of calendars you often want to view together, you can create a calendar group to make it easier to select them all at once.  To create a new calendar group, right-click on any item in your navigation pane and select New Calendar Group. Give your new group a name, then you can drag and drop existing opened calendars into the group, or right-click the Group and select Add Calendar to add new calendars to the group.
