Symptoms
In Internet Explorer 11, the Print command prints a blank page or the Print Preview command displays a blank page.
Resolution
To fix this problem, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this from Microsoft Update, Click Start, click All Programs, and then click Windows Update. Additionally, see the technical information about the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. Note This update was first included in the November 2015 security update for Internet Explorer (MS15-112).
