To change Windows settings related to spell-checking, auto-correction, suggestions, and other aspects of your hardware and touch keyboard, go to Settings > Devices > Typing.
Language and keyboard settings

To change settings related to which keyboard or input method to use for a Windows language, go to Settings > Time & Language > Language. Select languages in the Preferred languages list and click Options to add/remove keyboards or input Methods (IMEs).
