Follow these packing and shipping instructions before sending us your Microsoft accessory.

  1. Review the shipping instructions provided in the email you received after submitting your service order. It provides details on which components, if any, need to be included when sending in your accessory.

    Note: Do not send additional accessories with your non-functioning device unless otherwise directed.  This may result in the extra accessories not being returned to you.

  2. Use a sturdy box to pack your accessory and any additional components. To prevent damage during shipping, use a box that fits your accessory and use packing material to limit excessive movement.
