Select Start > Settings > Personalization > Fonts and select the font you'd like to remove. Under Metadata, select Uninstall.
Alternatively, you can remove fonts in File Explorer. Open the C:\Windows\Fonts folder, right-click the font you'd like to remove, and select Delete.
