Trouble finding Microsoft Store in Windows 10

• If you’re not seeing Microsoft Store Shopping bag-shaped Store icon on the taskbar, it might have been unpinned. To search for it:

  • In the search box Magnifying glass Search icon on the taskbar, type Microsoft Store. If you see it in the results, select it.

  • To make sure you can find it easily later, press and hold (or right-click) the Microsoft Store   Shopping bag-shaped Store icon tile and select Pin to Start  Pin-shaped Pin icon or More > Pin to taskbar  Pin-shaped Pin icon.

• If you don't find Microsoft Store in a search:

  • Make sure you signed in to your Microsoft account on your device. The Store app may not be available if you're signed in to a local account.

  • Check with your administrator if you're using a work device. Microsoft Store may have been turned off.

• Still can't find Microsoft Store? Send us feedback. In the search box  Magnifying glass Search icon on the taskbar, search for Feedback Hub and open the feedback app. Make sure you're signed in with your Microsoft account. Type a description of your situation and then select Add new Feedback, or upvote the existing options that pop up that are similar to your situation.
