Consider the following scenario:
- You have a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008.
- You have a network adapter installed on the computer. The device description of the network adapter is Japanese.
- You print the route table by using the route print command.
This issue occurs because Route.exe does not set a locale when the route table is printed. Therefore, the Japanese characters are not shown in the route table.
