Block Developer Mode

Developer mode lets you sideload apps and run them from Visual Studio in debug mode.

To disable developer mode in Group Policy, select Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > App Package Deployment in Group Policy Editor.

In your policy, disable Allow all trusted apps to install and Allow development of Windows Store apps and installing them from an integrated development environment (IDE).

To enable or disable developer mode locally, select the Start

Start symbol
button, then select Settings > Update & security > For developers. Then choose the option you want under Use developer features.
