Can't enable OWA offline access in Exchange Server 2016

When a user logs into Outlook Web App (OWA) in Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and tries to enable the offline access function (OWA > Settings > Offline Settings > Turn on offline access), the setting screen disappears after he selects the Turn on offline access check box.


For Exchange Server 2016, install Cumulative Update 9 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2016.
