Creating daily habits with Microsoft To Do

If you have a long-term goal, the best way to achieve it is by consistently dedicating time to it each day. Just set your task to repeat every day and each morning we'll suggest that you add it to My Day. Once you’ve created the daily habit of working towards your goal, you can begin to slowly increase your efforts towards accomplishing it. For example, by adding an additional rep to your workout or an extra minute to your meditation session.
