Restore previous purchase for OneDrive for Mac

If you purchased OneDrive premium through the Mac App Store, but you can't use the extra storage you expect, you may need to restore this purchase.

  1. Sign out of the OneDrive app.

  2. Close and re-open the app.

  3. Click Restore previous purchase at the bottom of the Get the Premium Experience window.
