Insert an icon

  1. Select Insert > Icons.

    The Illustrations group contains tools that let you add shapes, icons, SmartArt and more to your document

    Question mark indicates help content Don't see this feature? Icons are only available to Microsoft 365 subscribers on Windows, Android, or Windows Mobile.

  2. Select the icon you want, and then select Insert.

    You can choose an icon to insert from the Icon library in Office
  3. Select an option to wrap text around the icon, and move it where you want it.

Change the icon color

  • Right-click the icon and select a color from the Fill drop-down.
