Why do I receive the message “We're having trouble syncing your data” ?

If you are using Microsoft To Do at https://to-do.microsoft.com and see the message “We’re having trouble syncing your data. Contact support for more info”, this may be due to your network connection. Using a VPN, proxy or firewall could cause issues syncing with To Do.

Please contact your IT Admin to have the following URLs whitelisted:

  • *.microsoft.com

  • *.msecnd.net

  • *.live.com

  • graph.windows.net

  • graph.microsoft.com

  • *.office.com

  • *.office.net

  • *.office365.com

  • static2.sharepointonline.com

  • todo-web-endpoint.azureedge.net

  • *.microsoftonline.com

  • *.microsoft.io

  • *.windows.net

  • microsoft-my.sharepoint.com

  • microsoft.sharepoint.com

  • login.microsoftonline.com

If you are seeing similar login issues with other Office 365 web services, please follow these instructions.
