This is an update for users in North Korea to apply DST changes and adjustments.
On May 4 at 23:30, North Korea moved from the UTC+8:30 time zone to the UTC+9:00 time zone. When the local standard time had almost reached Friday, May 4, 2018, 23:30, clocks were turned forward a half-hour to Saturday, May 5, 2018, 24:00 (midnight) local standard time. This change affects the following time zone.

This update is supported only if all previously issued updates for this product have also been installed.
After you apply this update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To do this, use one of the following methods:
- On the Build menu, click Clean Solution, and then click Build Solution.
- On the Build menu, click Rebuild Solution.
You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this software update.
This update does not replace any other updates.
