This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2012 for all regions.
Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2012:
- You create a transaction for an item in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2012 POS.
- You run the P-job to bring the transaction in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- You post the inventory. A Physical reserved quantity is generated and the quantity is subtracted from the Available physical quantity.
- You create and calculate a new statement for the store.
- You post the statement.
This problem occurs because the Physical reserved quantity that was created during the post of inventory is not removed when the statement is calculated.
