FIX: Login to SQL Server 2017 on Linux takes more time with SQL authentication than SQL Server 2017 on Windows

When you upgrade from SQL Server 2017 on Windows to SQL Server 2017 on Linux, you may notice that the login to SQL Server 2017 on Linux takes comparatively more time with SQL Authentication.


Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
