KB4580915 - FIX: SQL Server error log receives several ADR enabled/disabled messages even when ADR isn't explicitly enabled/disabled

Applies to: SQL Server 2019 on Windows

If you don't explicitly enable or disable Accelerated Database Recovery (ADR) in Microsoft SQL Server 2019, you notice that the SQL Server error log contains several "ADR Enabled/Disabled" entries, as follows:
DateTime spid  [DbId: X] ADR[Enabled/Disabled] for the database.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
