KB4582558 - FIX: SQL Server 2019 service fails to start in Linux operating system

In Microsoft SQL Server 2019, you run the sudo/opt/mssql/bin/mssql-conf setup command. You notice that SQL Server service does not start on the Linux operating system, but returns the following error message:
