Reports do not appear in FRx Reporter Report Launcher

When you open Report Launcher, none of the reports for your company appear.


If reports or catalogs are missing from the Report Launcher window, check the following items:
  • Check the company that is associated with the Catalog in FRx Reporter.For example, Company A and Company B both use specification set 1. If you log into Company A and click on the Catalog of Reports, you see all reports for both Company A and Company B. However, if you select Company A in Report Launcher, you only see the reports that have Company A assigned to them in the catalog.
  • If a report from one specification set is used by more than one company, make sure that you save the catalog for each company that uses the report. You can also use the clone feature inside the catalog. This allows you to clone the catalog and save it for more than one company.
  • Make sure that you have not used @ANY in the catalog.Report Launcher does not generate the reports if the reports are saved with @ANY for the company.
