To re-use the same Meeting URL, Meeting ID, and Meeting Password for new meetings, use one of the following Schedule to Occur settings:
- Set the Schedule to Occur setting for the meeting to Ongoing. Manually type the start date and the time in the e-mail invitation.
- Set the Schedule to Occur setting for the meeting to
Recurring. To set the time and the date or dates that the meeting occurs, follow these steps:
- Click Set Up Recurrence.
- Set the Meeting Time.
- Set the Pattern that you want for the series of meetings.
- Set the Beginning date and the End By date for the series of meetings.
- Click submit.
