Set up and check visual voicemail

Visual voicemail lets you see your voicemail messages in a list and play them on your Windows 10 Mobile phone. You don’t need to call your voicemail to get your messages.

Set up visual voicemail

  1. On Start , select Phone.
  2. Select Voicemail 
    Voicemail icon
     to get started.

    The way you set up visual voicemail varies by mobile operator. Visit your mobile operator’s website for any more info they might have.

Check visual voicemail

  1. On Start , select Phone.
  2. Select Voicemail, then select a voicemail message to play it.

    You can pause it, delete it, call the person back, see their contact info then call them at a different number, or play the message on the speaker.
