1. Open CHIP and login with your Microsoft Account (previous Live ID).
2. Click program name tab ( LSP Incentives.)
3. Choose Enterprise Program or Major Program
4. From the Select Period drop-down, choose a month
5. From Export to Excel choose Calculation Details. This will automatically prompt an Excel document to open:

The Excel file includes 6 sheets:
|DetailReport-FlatFile||This tab contains all drill-down information for the incentives calculated for the earning period selected, including Enrolment, Deal Registration and lever calculation details.|
|DetailReport-Pivot||This tab contains a view to the summary of payments details including payment method and currency for the earning period selected. This will match back to the view on the CHIP dashboard.|
|Incentive Request Status Report||This tab contains a view to the status of any opportunity within the partners’ entire joint-sell incentive requests pipeline including those pending and paid opportunities.|
|Valid Agreements||The Valid Agreements report provides detailed visibility of compliance|
|DeltaReport-Pivot||This report provides you with a Pivot Table to reconcile the changes between the Interim, Preliminary and Final Enterprise Incentives Earning Statements.|
|DeltaReport-FlatFile||This report provides you with all details to reconcile the changes between the Interim, Preliminary and Final Enterprise Incentives Earning Statements. The Delta Report will be updated each time there is a revision to the partner earnings and will detail the offering that has been modified, by what value and when.|
