MD Plans are submitted on the basis of marketing activities performed. Only the Partner Sales Executive (PSE) can approve MD Plans. As such, you would contact your PSE directly to obtain your MD Plan status.
If you do not know who your PSE is and require their contact details, please contact your Operations Account Manager (OAM), who can assist you in finding the relevant contact details.
Claims are submitted on the basis of an approved MD Plan. Once the PSE approves an MD Plan, it is sent to the Coop team. The Cooperative Marketing Funds team (Coop) is responsible for marking the claim as Compliant, Non-Compliant, or Action Required. As such, you can contact either your PSE, or Coop team at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your claim status.
