- Open CHIP and log in using your Microsoft Account (previous Live ID).
- Select relevant Program Name.
- Choose period where funds were earned (E.g. MAR 2014).
- In the Export to Excel drop-down, please select Calculation Details.
- This will automatically prompt an Excel document to open.
The Excel file includes 4 sheets:
|Instructions||This tab contains description of the other tabs included in the excel file. It also includes a glossary of the fields included in the reports.|
|Earnings Statement Pivot||This is a monthly statement for all payments being made or in the process of being made in a calendar month.|
|Revenue Details Pivot||This report provides a further drill-down of revenue included in the calculation of incentive. The details are available by Product (SKU) and further characterization of revenue type is also available in this report.|
|Earnings Statement (Flat)||The data in this report is identical to the Earnings Statement Pivot. This report is in a flat format for those who want to import the data directly into their own database from Excel via Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or other similar utility.|
