To view the status of your submitted claim, follow these steps:
- Open CHIP and log in with your Microsoft account (previous Live ID) and password.
- Click View Claim Summary.
- Go to Search type and select Search by Claim.
- Enter the claim number.
- Click Search.
- Click the claim number (e.g. 10-XXXXX).
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Review the Comments section.
