The Microsoft Commercial Coop Pre Approval (COMMPRE) team at firstname.lastname@example.org helps you to resolve any inquiries you may have before the submission of a claim, in order to avoid any rejections when submitting a claim in CHIP.
The Microsoft Commercial Coop POE (COMMPOE) team at email@example.com reviews all claims submitted in CHIP and approves/rejects them based on the compliance criteria. If COMMPOE needs further information, they will change the status of the claim to Approved, Rejected, Action Required or Pending POE. Any status change of the claim is notified via email to the CHIP Partner Administrator in your organisation. If COMMPOE rejects a claim and you have follow up questions, please contact COMMPOE they will help you to resolve your inquiries.
