When first enrolled, Microsoft sends a Welcome e-mail which explains the CHIP login process. A Microsoft Account (formerly Windows Live ID) is required for CHIP access.
Following the welcome e-mail, you are sent a Unique Invitation Code, via an Invitation Code Email. You need to use both to gain access to CHIP.
Note that there is no requirement for you to re-enroll for CHIP access from one period to the next.
- For more information on accessing CHIP please see the Accessing CHIP article.
- For information on Navigating CHIP, please see the CHIP Navigation article.
- For information on Internal Administration in CHIP, please see the Partner Admin in CHIP article.
An online CHIP Fundamentals course is available on the Partner Learning Centre.
Note: Using the Contact Microsoft Support button requires you to login into the MPN site using a valid Microsoft Partner Network login. If you do not have a valid Microsoft Partner Network login or are having problems logging in to MPN, you can get more information or assistance from the MPN Support site.
