- You have a Remote Desktop Services (RDS) deployment.
- The deployment contains an RD Connection Broker server and one or more RD Session Host servers or RD Virtualization Host servers.
- The deployment is running Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, or Windows Server 2012 R2.
- You expose the RDS Endpoint servers to users outside your corporate network by using DirectAccess.
In this scenario, clients can use Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 Remote Desktop Connection to connect to the RD Connection Broker server but cannot connect to their target endpoint in the RD Session Host server farm.
