"Error_FILE_NOT_FOUND" when you print to a shared network printer

Symptoms

When you try to print a document on a shared network printer, the print operation is unsuccessful. In this situation, you receive the following error message:

Resolution

We have released updates for Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012, or Windows 8, and we have released hotfixes for Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 R2, or Windows 7.
