Resolve issues downloading software from the Partner Membership Center

Troubleshooting steps
  1. Make sure that you download from the correct URL:
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft ID (formerly Windows Live ID) that is associated with your Microsoft Partner Network membership.
  3. Make sure that you are associated to your organization with the correct privileges:
    • Sign in to the your Individual Account Home in the Partner Membership Center.
    • Verify that you have the Software Download option checked.
    • If you need to access product keys, verify that you also have the View Keys option checked.
