If you have trouble downloading software from the Partner Membership Center digital download page, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot your experience.
- Make sure that you download from the correct URL: https://www.microsoft.com/msppdd/Home.aspx
- Sign in with your Microsoft ID (formerly Windows Live ID) that is associated with your Microsoft Partner Network membership.
- Make sure that you are associated to your organization with the correct privileges:
- Sign in to the your Individual Account Home in the Partner Membership Center.
- Verify that you have the Software Download option checked.
- If you need to access product keys, verify that you also have the View Keys option checked.
