If a Hosting partner loses eligibility to receive Hosting partner incentives, the Hosting partner may still operate under the requirements of the SPLA Agreement, unless they have become ineligible to do so and have been formally notified. At all times, Hosting partners must honor the requirements of their SPLA Agreement with Microsoft.
In the event a Hosting partner fails to comply with its agreements with Microsoft, Microsoft may terminate the Hosting partner’s participation in the Hosting partner incentive.
To be eligible for payment, the Partner must be in full compliance with all incentive program partner eligibility requirements, on the last day of the earning period. Payments for partners found to be non-compliant on the last day of an earning period will be placed on hold.
The partner will have 90 days to regain eligibility. If eligibility is regained within 90 days, payment will be taken off hold and issued in the next available payment run (15th of each month). If eligibility is not regained within 90 days the incentive for the earning period will be lost without recourse.
For detailed information on Hosting Partner Incentive eligibility requirements, please refer to page 4 of the Hosting Incentive Guide.
