Follow these steps to install the PLC Outlook calendar add-in:
1. Log on to the Partner Learning Center using a Windows Account (formerly Live ID) associated to the Partner Organization.
With the PLC Outlook Calendar Add-in installed, live events that you are register for will be added to your Outlook Calendar.
2. Click on Install PLC Outlook Calendar Add-in from the PLC Home Page.
3. Click Run.
4. Follow the steps in the Installation Wizard.
5. Exit from the Installation Wizard once installation is complete by clicking on Close.
How to add a course to the Outlook calendar
Any training in the PLC that has a scheduled start and end time will be published as an appointment to the Outlook calendar after the Calendar add-in has been installed.
After registering for a course with a start and end time, it will automatically be added to your calendar. You may notice that a new window opens briefly and then closes. At that time, the course is being added to the Outlook calendar.
How to get a reminder without the calendar add-in
If the calendar is not updated after registration, you can add it manually by clicking on the link provided in the registration confirmation email.
