Invalid Action when opening an Attachment on a Work Order


After attaching a file to the work order, when a user selects to view the attachment the error "Invalid Action" is displayed.

The below screenshot shows two files attached to a WO:

When the user click on the file to download it an error pop up as shown below:

The problem can be attributed to the following two issues:

Browser Settings:

Check the browser setting, in case of IE this can be achieved by clicking on Cog wheel on the top right hand side as shown below:

Check the browser “Settings” to make sure you have pop up blockers disabled, as well as the ability to download content. Either or both of these two security features may be causing the inability to open/view your attachments.
