Signing limits does not allow to create policies with different document type / job combination


Symptoms


Signing limits does not allow to create policies with different document type / job combination. 

Example steps to reproduce the issue: 
Step 1: Navigate to Organization administration> Set up> Signing Limits >Singing limit policies > New:
• Name= Micro
• Selected Organization= Contoso Entertainment Systems
 
>Expand the Policy Rule tab
 
Step 2: Select Default signing limit policy rule type> Create Policy rule> Default signing limit rule details form opens:
• Document Type- Expense Report
• Approval Amount- 500.00
• Currency- USD
• Spending Amount- 500.00
• Currency - USD
 
> Job rule> Account Manager- Selected
 
> ok
Step 3: Create a second line on Default signing limit rule details form
• Document Type= Expense Report
• Approval Amount= 100.00
• Currency= USD
• Spending Amount= 100.00
• Currency = USD
 
Step 4: Click on Job Rule
 
Actual Result
Step 4: While clicking on the Job Rule on the second line with the same document type, system throws error message “Cannot edit record in Default Signing limit rule (HRPTmpDefaultSigningLimitRule).The record already exists”
