Due to some changes to Cortana and the retirement of the Cortana mobile app, you’ll need to use the Surface Audio app to manage Surface Headphones settings and keep your headphones up to date. For more info, see Manage Surface Headphones settings.
If you’ve been using the Cortana mobile app and you want to manage settings and update your headphones using the Surface Audio app, you’ll need to reset your headphones first using the Surface Audio app. For more info, see Reset your Surface Headphones.
