FIX: Heap corruption occurs when ADR is disabled and aborted transactions are present in SQL Server 2019 database

When Accelerated Database Recovery (ADR) is disabled on a database in SQL Server 2019, you notice that aborted transactions are still present in the database and heap corruption may occur. 


Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
