Error message when you install Integration Manager Service Pack 1 for Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0: "The Path cannot be found"


Symptoms


When you install Integration Manager 9.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0, you may receive the following error message:
The Path cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'IntegrationManager.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product Microsoft Dynamics GP - Integration Manager 9.0.

Resolution


To resolve this problem, follow these steps
  1. Download and install Integration Manager 9.0 SP1.
  2. When you receive the error message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section, insert installation CD 2 for Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0.
  3. Click Browse to located the following file:
    \AdProd\IntMgr\IntegrationManager.msi
  4. Click OK to complete the installation process.
