Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint. Tip: If you don't see the SharePoint app under All apps, use the Search box near the top of the window to search for SharePoint.

From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options.

You can search your recent sign-in activity by any of the available information. For example, you can search for your recent sign-in activity by operating system, location, app, and so on. On the Review recent activity page, type the information you want to search for into the Search bar.

For Microsoft 365 Family or Personal subscriptions: Select Install premium Microsoft 365 apps and follow the prompts to install or reinstall the desktop apps. On the Microsoft 365 subscription tab, select Manage. From here you can: Renew your subscription with a prepaid code or card. Learn more.

There are many different types of email accounts you can add to Outlook, including an Outlook.com or Hotmail.com account, the work or school account you use with Microsoft 365, Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, and Exchange accounts. Select a tab option below for the version of Outlook you're using.

For guidance on how to locate the Apps button to access add-ins while reading or composing a mail item, see Use an add-in in Outlook. In the Apps page, search for the add-in you want from the available list. Alternatively, if you're after a specific add-in, enter its name in the search box.

Outlook provides you with a number of built-in search filters. To use the built-in filters, click in the Search box. Based on your preference, you can use Advanced Search by clicking the filter button on the right side of the search box.

If you're using Windows Mail and Calendar and your accounts are supported in new Outlook, you will see a toggle in the upper right of the Mail app in Windows 10 and 11 to Try the new Outlook. This option downloads the new app and switches your preferred email client.

Select Accounts > Email accounts. From the email accounts pane, you can now select the option to Add account, Manage an existing account. Select Add Account, then in the Suggested account dropdown, add the Gmail account you want to add, and select Continue. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
