Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

  • You have the Adobe Flash Lite ActiveX control (SYSGEN_IE_FLASHLITE) component installed on a device that is running Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3.

  • You build an Adobe Flash application that runs in this component.

  • In this application, you register a listener for the onSetFocus event of a TextField object by using the Selection.addListener method.

In this scenario, events that are related to the input focus of the TextField object do not work correctly. When the onSetFocus event is fired, the oldfocus parameter is set to null instead of the object that loses the input focus. Additionally, the onKillFocus event of the TextField object is not fired.

Note This problem occurs when you use the mouse or the stylus to run the Adobe Flash application. This problem does not occur when you use the navigation keys on the device.
