Issue that this hotfix package fixes

  • In Office Access 2007, you have a table that contains lots of records. Additionally, this table links to a remote database. In this situation, Office Access stops responding when you click the arrow next to the Date column.

  • None of the online templates are shown in the Getting Started window in Office Access 2007. This issue occurs when the following conditions are true:
    • You are running Office Access 2007 on Windows XP or on Windows Server 2003.
    • You install 2007 Office Suite Service Pack 2.
    • You install the Spanish MUI to 2007 Office suites. 
    • You set the screen resolution to 1280 X 1024.
    • Office Access 2007 opens in maximized window mode. 

  • You try to import a table or to link a table from a Sybase database by using a File DSN. The path of the DSN contains spaces. In this situation, the import or the link is unsuccessful.
