The "Statements (08.600.00)" report stops responding and does not print

Symptoms


Consider the following scenario in Accounts Receivable in Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 Service Pack 3 (SP3):
  • You create a template for the Statements (08.600.00) report, and this template contains an OR clause in the Boolean box on the Select tab.
  • You load the template for the Statements (08.600.00) report.
  • You click the Print button or the Print Preview button.
In this scenario, when you click the Print button or the Print Preview button, you notice that the report stops responding and does not print or appear on the screen. You expect that when you click the Print button or the Print Preview button, the report prints, or the report appears on the screen.
