Consider the following scenario. You run the New-CsAdminRole command together with the UserScope parameter in Microsoft Lync Server Management Shell. You do this tocreate a new role-based access control (RBAC) role, and to specify the user management to an organizational unit (OU). The OU is located in another domain that differs from the domain that you log on to. In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
New-CsAdminRole : Organizational unit (OU) or container "<OU information>" does not exist. Specify a valid OU or container, and then try again
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
