Consider the following scenario:
You receive a meeting request from another user in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment.
You synchronize the meeting by using your mobile device.
In this scenario, the meeting information displays you as the meeting organizer instead of the meeting attendee. Additionally, the following event is logged in the Application log on the Exchange Server 2007 mailbox server every 24 hours:
To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:
2509911 Description of Update Rollup 4 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 3
Note Meeting requests that are created after you apply this update rollup will not encounter this issue. To resolve any existing issues, you must cancel and re-create existing meeting requests.
