LDIFDE does not convert attributes that contain Base64-encoded entries

When using LDIFDE with the -c option to transform the Distinguished Names from an export domain to the Distinguished Names of an import domain, any attributes that contain characters outside of the Basic Latin range (0x20-0x7f) will be Base64-encoded without being converted.

Any attributes that do not contain characters outside the Basic Latin range will be converted successfully.

The attributes affected include sAMAccountName, MemberOf, Members, DistinguishedName and UserPrincipalName.

This is a known issue with the LDIFDE tool.

To workaround the issue, rename the affected objects to use characters within the Basic Latin range.
