Symptoms

Assume that you use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. You process Microsoft Dynamics CRM records for an entity grid. In this situation, Outlook becomes unresponsive if the action causes the grid to be updated. For example, when you run the following actions, Outlook becomes unresponsive:

  • Manually refresh the grid

  • Merge records in the grid

  • Deactivate records in the grid

Resolution
