Consider the following scenario:
- You have a mail-enabled public folder in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment.
- You add a user as FolderContact to the mail-enabled public folder.
- The user clicks Properties of the mail-enabled public folder from the global address list (GAL) by using Outlook.
This issue occurs because the Microsoft Exchange Address Book service (MSExchangeAB) does not use the pFContacts attribute to build internal dictionaries. The pFContacts attribute contains the contact information of the mail-enabled public folder.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
