PrerequisitesBefore you install the Communicator 2011 13.1.2 Update, make sure that the computer is running Mac OS X v10.5.8 or a later version of the Mac OS X operating system.
To verify that the computer meets this prerequisite, click About This Mac on the Apple menu.
Additionally, you must install Microsoft Communicator for Mac 13.1.0 Update or a later update before you install the Communicator for Mac 13.1.2 Update.
To verify the update that is installed on your computer, follow these steps:
- On the Go menu, click Applications.
- Open Communicator.
- On the Communicator menu, click About Communicator.
- In the About Communicator dialog box, notice the version number that is displayed there. It should be 13.1.0. or 13.1.1.
