Symptoms
When you disable the page zooming feature in Internet Explorer 8 or in Internet Explorer 9, you notice that Internet Explorer displays no RSS feeds. Instead, a blank page is displayed in Internet Explorer.
This issue may occur when you disable the page zooming feature by using Group Policy or by using a registry key.
To disable the page zooming feature by using Group Policy, enable the Turn off page zooming functionality option in the following Group Policy:
To disable the page zooming feature by using a registry key, set the value of the ZoomDisabled DWORD to 1 in the following registry location:
