- You log on to a user account that is not enabled for Microsoft Lync Server 2010 on a computer.
- You have never tried to use any sign-in address to sign in to Lync 2010 on the computer.
- You log off the account.
Note This issue also occurs when you try to restart or shut down the computer.
Note The AccountProfiles.dat file is not present when Lync 2010 has never been signed in with any sign-in address.
