Symptoms
Consider the follow scenario:
- You deploy Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 in a Microsoft Lync Server 2010 environment.
- Microsoft Exchange Web Service is configured in the environment.
- You create a global client policy and set the EnableExchangeContactSync parameter in the policy to False.
- A Lync 2010 user clicks on the Options button in Lync 2010 and then selects the Personal tab.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
